Manish Dangi
Football Player | Nepal National Football Team, Butwal Lumbini FC
Manish Dangi plays as a winger for the Nepal national football team and captains Nepal Super League club Butwal Lumbini. Born in Kathmandu in 2001, he later moved to South Korea, where he started playing football in 2014, coming through youth academies there. Manish received a call-up from the Nepal national team and made his senior debut in 2021.
He came to national prominence at the 2021 SAFF Championship, scoring a late winner against the Maldives that ended a 22-year wait for victory over them. His club career has since taken him abroad twice: to Bahrain's Etehad Al Reef Club in 2022, then to Rayong FC in Thailand's League 2 in 2023, making him one of the few Nepalese players to have played professionally overseas. He has earned more than 40 caps for Nepal, with 5 goals.

Mahanta Gurung
Pickleball Player | 2025 English Nationals Gold Medallist, Women's Doubles 3.5
Mahanta Gurung is a UK-based competitive pickleball player. At the 2025 English Nationals she took gold in the Women's Doubles 3.5 division, then followed it the next day with silver in the Mixed Doubles 3.5: two medals in two disciplines on consecutive days.
She competes across regional and national tournaments and is entered for the 2026 English Open. Pickleball is among the fastest-growing sports in the UK, played on hard courts where almost every point turns on a short, sharp change of direction.

Manish KC
Basketball Player | Nepal National Basketball Team, 2023 Yunnan International Gold Medallist & MVP
Manish KC is a forward and part of Nepal's national 3x3 basketball team. In 2023 he was part of the Nepal squad that won gold in the men's 3x3 competition in Yunnan, China, and was named tournament MVP. The following year he captained Nepal back to China, leading the side at the Asian University 3x3 Basketball Tournament in Zhoushan
At club level Manish plays for Times Club in the Nepal Basketball League. In April 2025 he helped them go 2-1 in the group stage of the first-ever SABA Club Championship in Chennai, beating opposition from the Maldives and Bhutan. Three-on-three basketball runs at a different pace to the five-a-side game: one hoop, a ten-minute clock, and nowhere on a half-court to hide when the ball's in your hands.

Ankit Limbu is a London-based athlete who trains and creates fitness content under the name Uncomfortable Movement. Football is where he plays, but a lot of his content lives in the part of training most people skip: mobility, joint prep, and the fundamental movement patterns that hold everything else together. Pull-ups, roundhouse kicks, deep stretching, knee and hip resilience. The stuff that decides whether you're still moving well in ten years.
Alongside the strength and stretch work, he is chasing a sub-20-minute 5k, logging the mileage publicly and sharing the work it takes to get there. Progress comes from leverage, control and repetition, and it arrives slowly enough that most people quit before they see it.
